eCustomer Solutions Upgrade to
Dear GSK-Authorized Wholesaler/Distributor and Contract Holder: Coming this December, GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) will be performing an upgrade to our customer website The site will have a refreshed new look aimed at improving your online experience. Some of the enhancements include: 1. Log in to your account with an email address eliminating the need to remember your user name; 2. A single place to view product information, product availability and pricing; Additional search tools for contract queries; 3. New streamline approach to chargeback functionality; 4. Added customer resources - How to Users Guide, customer feedback/survey tools. This upgrade will require us to temporarily disable access to starting at 5:00 PM on Thursday, December 5, 2019. The site will be back online at 7:00 AM on Monday, December 9, 2019.
